This morning my father and I hiked Lion's Head Mountain. I counted as I was going up that it would be my fifth time going up. It is such a wonderful experience. You feel completely free and your mind can just let go. I always stand at the very top and wonder how wonderful it would be if humans could fly and therefore anyone could go up at any given time and it also would not take as long. You also contemplate jumping?

My next hike will hopefully be Table Mountain.
